Green themes predominate in this three-story, eco-friendly bed-and-breakfast, completed in 2009 on a sliver of prime downtown property. Much of the building was constructed with nontoxic wood and paints and recycled, reused, or reclaimed materials. All rooms include bamboo flooring, electric fireplaces, and pillow-top king beds that are piled high with hypoallergenic comforters and pillows. All rooms are wheelchair friendly. Outdoors, you can relax around the fire pit in a secluded courtyard garden. The optional breakfast typically includes delectable, cooked-to-order dishes, including melt-in-your-mouth popovers.
