Fodor's Review:
Film-studio moguls, movie extras, and those longing for a look at a Hollywood watering hole of yesteryear flock to. This former haunt of F. Scott Fitzgerald is the city's oldest restaurant, established in 1919 and still at the same location. The bar serves up the Rob Roys smooth. Stick with them, or if you must eat (and "enjoy" the famous attitude of the waiters), go for the steaks.
