This little jam company that could, by self-taught owner Jessica Koslow, took its pickle and preserves business brick and mortar in December 2012. Foodies are now driving across town to Silver Lake merely to have toast and jam there. That's saying a lot. The menu also features brioche toasts with tomatillo puree, greens, and hot sauce, as well as sweets like hazelnut cake and lemon meringue tarts. And who doesn't love edible souvenirs such as strawberry rose geranium jam?
