The Grafton on Sunset Review

It's easy to tap into the Sunset Strip energy here, especially at the hotel's new Olive Kitchen + Bar restaurant and rock-n-roll-styled lounge, the Cutting Room. Rooms are small, but large windows with plantation shutters and full-length mirrors help open the space up. Ask for a room facing the interior courtyard, both to avoid noise from the Strip and to overlook the heated saline-pool area with its mosaic-tile waterfall and striped lounge chairs. Hospitable touches include portable room phones that work poolside, bathrobes, nightly turndown service, CD players, iPod docking stations, and free transportation within 3 mi.
