The foul-mouthed celebrity chef from Fox's Hell's Kitchen shows why he ranks among the world's finest chefs as his dining empire expands from London, Tokyo, and Dubai to this chic West Hollywood boutique hotel. Two pastel-color dining rooms with city views flank a formidable white marble bar, creating a space that feels trendy yet surprisingly unpretentious. A menu of small plates accommodates both light suppers and indulgent feasts alike. Highlights include a terrine of foie gras with black truffle, apple, and a Pedro Ximénez reduction, Kobe beef short rib, and tiger prawn ravioli with fennel puree and lobster sauce.
