LAMILL Coffee Boutique

LAMILL Coffee Boutique Review

With a sleek, neoclassical design, and menu designed by Providence chef Michael Cimarusti and his acclaimed pastry chef Adrian Vasquez, this is no ordinary neighborhood coffeehouse. For coffee connoisseurs, LAMILL features the finest beans from around the world, brewed in a French press or through a siphon apparatus that looks like it was salvaged from the laboratory of a mad scientist. For foodies, house-cured Tasmanian sea trout with wasabi crème fraîche, steak frites, or chai-spiced duck with vadouvan (a garlicky Indian masala) and black olive-rosemary honey are followed by exquisitely presented desserts like chocolate lollipops and an exotic Asian twist on s'mores.
