Mimosa

Fodor's Review:

If you're craving a perfect Provençal meal, turn to chef Jean-Pierre Bosc's menu. There's salade Lyonnaise, served with a poached egg, a nifty tomato tarte Tatin, probably L.A.'s best bouillabaisse, soulful coq au vin and hearty steak frites. The atmosphere is that of a classic bistro—balanced against a hint of elegance—with mustard walls, cozy banquettes, and crocks of cornichons and olives delivered to every table on arrival.
