At this authentic Indian eatery, the ingredients are fresh and the flavors are bold without being overpowering. Start with the bhel puri, a savory puffed rice-and-potato dish. In addition to meat curries and tikkas, there are many vegetarian selections and some hard-to-find items such as the burrito-like frankies, a favorite Bombay street food. The prices are as palatable as the meals: a full lunch still costs less than $10.

A great quick place for Indian food. Inexpensive, clean, fantastic curries.

If I knew this restaurant was up for reviews, I would've done it a long time ago. I've been eating here for 3 years now and have always look forward to coming back each time I leave. Order what your heart desires, there is not one dish that dissappoints here. I've had Indian food all over LA, nowhere else is as authentic and delicious here. I love the atmosphere and the vibe from Old Town Pasadena. It's a fun place to go on a date or with some friends.
Thumbs way up!
