Two blocks south of busy Colorado Boulevard, the Hilton Pasadena is still within walking distance of the city's vast convention center and close to the shops and plentiful restaurant choices of Old Town. A light and airy sandstone lobby says California casual, as do the rooms done in soft gold and tan colors, complete with pillowy beds. Business travelers appreciate the Smart Desk with ergonomically correct chair. Expect the typical technological gadgetry: flat-screen
TVs, Wi-Fi, and plenty of outlets for devices. The rooms with balconies are best.

I stayed here this past weekend with some girlfriends and we had a fabulous time! The valet was amazing and the front desk was extremely helpful and courteous. The only thing I would change is the size of the bathrooms! Thanks for a great stay!

although located a couple blocks from old town pasadena, the new paseo shopping center should suffice for many shoppers. rooms and service are good, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Like the Holiday Inn's slogan, "the best surprise is no surprise", this Hilton has no surprises. It is typical of an older (okay make-over) Hilton. It is in a good location close to Old Town Pasadena. The rooms are not very large and many have connecting doors which only increases the noise level from the occupants of the room next door. Paper thin walls is an over statement, more like communal sleeping. Like many hotels, this one has doors that
slam and can be heard down the hall. The service from the front desk staff is good. The restaurant also provides very good service, but the food quality is poor. The business center is very good. There is a sports bar off the lobby which is not very comfortable. The biggest difference between this Hilton and any Holiday Inn, is that there is a door on the closet.
