Fodor's Review

A quaint surprise in Southern California, the Channel Road Inn is every bit the country retreat B&B lovers adore, with four-poster beds with fluffy duvets and a cozy living room with fireplace. Rooms are flowery and feminine; each has a private bath (one room has only a shower, and a few have hot tubs). A sumptuous home-cooked breakfast is included; enjoy it downstairs or in your room. Walk a block to the beach, or borrow a bicycle to pedal the 2 miles to the Santa

Monica Pier. Unwind in the lovely rose garden, in the massage suite, or in one of the cozy nooks scattered throughout the property.

Comfortable and quiet

Highly recommended if you want to be close to everything, yet far enough away to enjoy the peaceful, quiet, beautiful canyon neighborhood.

A Hidden Gem

What an amazing Bed and Breakfast. From the moment you ring the doorbell you feel welcome. You are given the tour as soon as you walk through the door. From the delicious breakfast of fresh fruits and a soufflé to the wine and cheese in the evening down to the welcome cookies at your bed side with a little note of thanks for staying with us is just perfect. The Inn is just a block from the beach and offer complimentary bicycles for riding along the

beach path. The rooms are charming and exceptionally clean. This Inn is truly a hidden gem in Southern California. There is nothing I would change because it was that perfect.

amazing

We had a wonderful stay at the Channel Road Inn! It's a beautiful home restored with impeccable taste. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were excellent. The house is a block from the beach. All the rooms are different, some with beach views, some facing the hillside. A great value for a really wonderful, transporting experience.
