LAX's coolest-looking hotel is so swank that guests have been known to ask to buy the black-and-white photos hanging behind the front desk. Extras for in-transit visitors include 24-hour room service, a 24-hour fitness center, currency exchange, a business center, and a 24-hour airport shuttle. Rooms are compact but soundproof and have helpful details such as coffeemakers, hooks for hanging garment bags, and oversized work desks. Faux animal-skin headboards and ebonized furniture make the guest rooms feel more sophisticated than corporate.
