Minutes from Beverly Hills, this Marriott has a convenient location adjacent to Century City's businesses and medical center. Wedged as it is into a compact lot overlooking busy Olympic Boulevard, rooms at the back of the hotel are quietest. The decor is basic, but desks have space to spread out. Pros: friendly hotel staff, daily breakfast buffet, close to cosmetic medical centers. Cons: compact, basic rooms, constant traffic out the front door, no pool.

I stay here when i visit UCLA for business, and have never had a bad experience. The staff are very "welcoming", and helpful, especially the valet guys. It is in a good location, close to sightseeing areas (Rodeo drive, santa monica blvd,etc) and right across the street from Ralphs supermarket if you want something besides what they offer at the bar/grill on site, which is still reasonably priced. Be careful though when you try to make it across Olympic Blvd. Lots of high priced vehicles traveling way over the speed limit to run you down, if you hesitate and dont commit yourself to getting across. Ha Ha
