Fodor's Review:
Enormous, uncluttered rooms discreetly finished with rich fabrics and warm sycamore paneling, make this very private hotel distinctly sophisticated. French doors open to remarkable views of the city or the mountains. Business-minded guests appreciate the direct-dial phones with private numbers, four multiline phones, and combination fax-copier-printers. The rooftop pool area has drop-dead views, teak furniture, and classy poolside cabanas with fax, phone, and TV. Exclusively for hotel guests, the Amrita Spa has Asian-style beauty body treatments. Rub elbows with industry types and some famous faces in the Writer's Bar, decorated with framed film scripts.
