Casa Malibu Inn on the Beach Review

Catch an early-morning surf break or just hang out all day on Casa Malibu's private stretch of beach that's raked smooth every morning. Directly on the sand, the comfy inn is a favorite of families, couples, and even a movie star or two. Though modest in decor and amenities, the views are unrivaled: to the south is all of exclusive Carbon Beach; north is Malibu's restored pier and Surfrider beach. The Pacific is your front yard—seabirds and dolphins are your neighbors. Ask for a room with a fireplace for the complete experience. Each room has a different layout; a few are accessible only by stairs. There's no smoking on the property—even at the beach. Guests get the use of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. Call the hotel directly to make reservations.

    What a delight

What a delight after spending several nights at Shutter-on-the-Beach up the road.
Stayed in the lovely room facing the ocean with a great view.
Friendly family run hotel, great breakfast, free carpark and only minutes from the pier.
