This is not your father's steak house; businesspeople and somber mahogany have been swapped out for a fun-loving crowd bathed in multicolor lights from avant-garde fixtures. But you can still start with a prawn cocktail or a traditional Caesar salad prepared tableside before slicing your Laguiole knife into a dry-aged prime New York strip or rib eye (genuine Japanese Wagyu and certified organic beef are also available). Although the steaks are delicious without any frills, you could opt for an embellishment such as a blue cheese rub or cabernet reduction sauce.
