Chef-owner Michael Cimarusti has elevated Providence to the ranks of America's finest seafood restaurants. Activity in the elegant dining room, dappled by subtle nautical accents, is smoothly overseen by co-owner-general manager Donato Poto as well-heeled patrons work their way through elaborate tasting menus. Obsessed with quality and freshness, the meticulous chef maintains a network of specialty purveyors, some of whom tip him off to their catch before it even hits the dock. This exquisite seafood then gets the Cimarusti treatment of French technique, traditional American themes, and Asian accents. Pastry chef Adrian Vasquez' exquisite desserts are not to be missed; consider a three- to eight-course dessert tasting menu.

We've gone for special occasions a few times and had fabulous meals. It is pricey, but definitely some of the best food in LA. I love the atmosphere as well.

It's amazing what you can't get for $350.00 these days...

Very disappointed. The food was mediocre. Beatiful space, high prices and nothing special with regard to the food. My husband and I would never go back and we dine out 5 nights a week.
