This hands-on museum is a great activity-focused, kid-centric alternative to Pasadena's art collections. Imaginative exhibits invite kids to interact, while parents can gain tidbits of knowledge on earthquakes, animals, and insects. In the towering leaf climb inside a sunny atrium, kids assume the role of ants on their daring ascent.
