A playground for music-lovers—this spot is like an overgrown independent record store, with a knowledgeable staff and a "Homegrown" display to highlight local artists. Catch in-store appearances by bands that play sold-out shows at venues down the road several times a week. Find a rich stock of used CDs and DVDs, an impressive cache of rarities and collectibles (like the Beatles' "Butcher" cover), an encyclopedic range of indie releases, and walls filled with posters for sale.

You can always find something you are looking for at a nice price, choosing between new and used. The amazingly knowledgeable staff will tell you about anything that they don't have, why they don't have it and when and if they will. Always a delightful shopping experience, I have never once left empty handed!
