Fodor's Review:

Chef/owner Neal Fraser offers a modern American cuisine with an emphasis on local artisan ingredients. He mixes textures and contrasting flavors in dishes like risotto with pumpkin, sea urchin and sweet shrimp; a hunk of braised pork belly atop purple sticky rice with figs; and wild boar tenderloin in violet mustard sauce. Upscale interpretations of nostalgic favorites (e.g., maple-caramel doughnuts, cookies and milk) highlight the compelling dessert menu.
