Fodor's Review:
It got its name thanks to its proximity to Dodger Stadium, but for decades the Short Stop was even better known for its regulars -- the LAPD. Under new ownership for the past couple of years, the low-lit three-roomed space still has cop memorabilia on the walls, but now it attracts artsy, fashionable locals. There's a great dance room with DJs spinning all sorts of sounds Thursday through Saturday.
