Open since 1927, this historic and cultural landmark resembling a giant, red Chinese pagoda is perhaps the world's best-known theater where glamorous red carpet Hollywood movie premiers are still hosted. The famous Hollywood Walk of Fame and concrete walkway marked by movie stars' hand and footprints are in front. Next to the not-to-be-missed Madame Tussauds Hollywood Wax Museum and the Hollywood & Highland shopping complex, strap yourself in for the cast of street characters who greet you as you walk down Hollywood Blvd. toward the theater: Wait—is that Marilyn Monroe? Is that Spiderman? It's all part of the Grauman's Chinese Theatre experience. Inside it's all plush red and gold interiors. There are additional, smaller screens at the Mann Chinese Six, in the adjoining Hollywood & Highland Complex.
