A young crowd, many of them regulars, packs Harvelle's on the weekends; come early or be prepared to stand in line. Watch from the back if you want, but down front, you'll be dancing. The cover's $3 weekdays, $5-$7 on weekends; a two-drink minimum is sometimes enforced.
