It's like a slice of Manhattan, with the crowded sidewalks, diverse aromas, and haggling bargain hunters to prove it. Expect to pay 50% to 70% off retail for everything from wedding bands to sparkling belt buckles. The more upscale stores are along Hill Street between 6th and 7th streets. (There's a parking structure next door on Broadway.)
