Fodor's Expert Review Cinefamily at The Silent Movie Theatre

Although the name may imply that only silent movies are shown here, this theater also has a packed schedule of film screenings, from rare to indie to foreign. Regular events include Doug Benson’s Movie Interruption, Haunted Hangovers (early matinees paired with coffee or mimosas on weekends leading up to Halloween), and The Silent Treatment—pre–sound era films that run on the second Saturday of every month (though it's best to check the calendar for changes). Also expect special guests, live music, dance parties, and potlucks.
