The Silent Movie Theatre
The Silent Movie Theatre Review
A treasure of pretalkies and nonsilent films (the artier the better) are screened here. Live musical accompaniment and shorts precede some films. Each show is made to seem like an event in itself, and it's just about the only theater of its kind. The schedule—which also offers occasional DJ and live music performances—varies, but you can be sure to catch silent screenings every Wednesday.
