Fodor's Review

On a leafy residential side street, the Chamberlain is steps from Santa Monica Boulevard and close to the Sunset Strip, bringing in young business types, the fashion–design crowd, and 24-hour party people looking to roam West Hollywood and the Strip. Suites are handsomely tailored in gray and teal, with snappy gray and white Regency-style furniture. All suites have a fireplace and balcony. The work desks are oversize, but the bathrooms are compact. Tech extras include flat-screen TVs, cordless phones, iPod docks, and CD players. Beds have pillow-top mattresses. You can soak up the sunshine next to the rooftop pool that just added a hopping bar to complement with dramatic city and Hollywood Hills views. The hotel also added a 24-hour fitness center and business facilities as well as a house car that delivers guests within a 3-mile radius of the property.
