Getting Here and Around

From the north, take the Highway 44 exit off Interstate 5 and travel east about 48 mi to Highway 89. Turn right and drive 1 mi to the northwest entrance station. From the south, take the second Red Bluff exit off I-5, head east, and turn left onto Highway 36. Drive approximately 45 mi, and turn left onto Highway 89. From there it's about 8 mi to the southwest entrance ranger station. The 30-mi main park road, Lassen Park Road/Highway 89, starts at the southwest entrance, loops around three sides of Lassen Peak, and exits the park on the northwest side.
