By Bus in Lake Tahoe

Greyhound stops in Sacramento, Truckee, and Reno, Nevada. Blue Go runs along U.S. 50 and through the neighborhoods of South Lake Tahoe daily from 6 AM to 12:15 AM; it also operates a 24-hour door-to-door van service to most addresses in South Lake Tahoe and Stateline for $3 per person (reservations essential). Tahoe Area Regional Transit (TART) operates buses along Lake Tahoe's northern and western shores between Tahoma and Incline Village daily from 6:30 to 6:30. They also operate five shuttles daily to Truckee. All buses cost $1.50. In summer TART buses have bike racks; in winter they have ski racks. Shuttle buses run among the casinos, major ski resorts, and motels of South Lake Tahoe. Tahoe Casino Express runs 11 daily buses between Reno-Tahoe Airport and hotels in Stateline. Reserve online or by telephone. A one-way adult ticket is $24, $43 round-trip.
