Fodor's Review:

Smack-dab in the middle of glittering downtown, the Eldorado's huge tower has rooms overlooking either the mountains or the lights of the city. La Strada ($-$$$; dinner only, closed Wednesday and Thursday) serves great northern Italian cooking in a romantic room; Roxy's ($$-$$$$; dinner only, reservations essential) serves wood-oven-roasted and grilled meats and seafood in an over-the-top, faux-European courtyard. Both restaurants have excellent wine lists. Pros: Fun, good food, kitschy decor. Cons: Rather noisy.
