This well-appointed and popular establishment is geared to business travelers, but the staff is equally attentive to tourists' concerns. Victoria's Restaurant ($), with an American-casual menu, is a favorite fine-dining spot for locals. Pros: Spacious rooms, full complimentary breakfast. Cons: Some walls are thin.
