Embassy Suites Mandalay Beach Resort Review
Tropical gardens, small waterfalls, and sprawling pool areas surround this Spanish-Mediterranean complex, set on eight acres of white-sand beach north of Channel Islands Harbor. The two- and three-room suites all have marble baths, and rates include complimentary cooked-to-order breakfasts. Capistrano's restaurant serves California cuisine in a garden courtyard and Polynesian-inspired dining rooms (don't miss the Sunday brunch).
