A joint venture of Mumm (the French Champagne house) and Seagram, Mumm Napa Valley is one of California's top sparkling-wine producers. But enjoying the bubbly from the glass-walled tasting room or on the terrace overlooking a vineyard isn't the only reason to visit. There's also an excellent photography gallery with 27 Ansel Adams prints and rotating exhibits. You can even take that glass of wonderfully crisp Brut Prestige with you as wander.
