Prolific restaurateur Cindy Pawlcyn and superstar chef Victor Scargle are the big names behind one of the only restaurants in the Wine Country to specialize in seafood. You can either sit at the long marble bar and watch the chefs whip up inventive sushi rolls and raw bar bites, or head into the dining room to study the long, mouthwatering menu. The large, lively space works an industrial-chic look, with stainless-steel lamps and comfortable banquettes. You might try miso-marinated black cod, clam chowder, or a rich crab-cake sandwich served on a brioche bun. Or mix and match your choice of fish prepared in one of three ways with one of five sauces.
