The tasting room at Dutch Henry Winery isn't much more than a nook in the barrel room between towering American and French oak barrels full of their excellent cabernet sauvignon. The winery produces about 6,000 cases annually—sold mostly on-site and through their wine club—which explains the simple facilities, but the wines are truly top-notch. Also look for good chardonnay and merlot, and an inky syrah that's grown on the estate.
