Fodor's Expert Review Capital Hotel

Near the Old State House museum in the heart of Little Rock, the Capital is appropriately dubbed the "Front Porch of Little Rock" because of the staff's commitment to authentic Southern hospitality—arriving here feels more like being welcomed into someone's home than checking into a corporate-owned hotel. The former office building was converted to a hotel in 1876 after a fire had destroyed much of downtown.
