Fodor's Review

Though the city is undergoing some modern development, you can see the story of Benson's past here. Exhibits include a re-creation of an old-fashioned grocery store, a horse-drawn schoolbus, quilts, and railroad paraphernalia. On Saturday mornings, March through December, you'll find an outdoor artisan market; during summer months, local farmers join in selling their fruit and vegetables.
