Sunglow Guest Ranch Review
Named after the ghost town of Sunglow, this lodge consists of eleven casitas—some with connecting rooms to be configured for families—decked out in Southwestern style with fireplaces. Breakfast and dinner, included in the rates, are served in a cozy dining room with a wraparound porch, and lunches can be packed for you (for an extra fee). Borrow mountain bikes or take a horseback ride (extra fee) to explore the trails in Coronado National Forest, which borders the property on three sides. Birding, hiking, and swimming are popular, and "star parties" attract astronomers, as this remote region offers some of the blackest skies around and perfect conditions for stargazing.
