The Wagon Wheel's restaurant, serving ribs, steaks, and burgers, is a more recent development, but the cowboy bar, with its neon beer signs and mounted moose head, has been around since the early 1900s. This is where every Stetson-wearing ranch hand in the area comes to listen to the country jukebox and down a long-neck, maybe accompanied by some jalapeño poppers.
