Fodor's Review:

The flapjacks here inspire worship from locals, who wait patiently for a table on weekends. The signature apple pancake is made from homemade batter poured over sautéed apples, then baked to perfection and glazed with cinnamon sugar. Other varieties, such as the Dutch Baby—oven-baked and served with whipped butter and powdered sugar—are also worth braving the crowds for. Everything is made from scratch.
