This perennial favorite in the Valley specializes in northern Indian cuisine. Breads here—bhatura, naan, paratha—are superb, and vegetarians enjoy wonderful meatless specialties, including the eggplant-based benghan bhartha, and bhindi masala, a tempting okra dish. Just about every spice in the rack is used for the lamb and chicken dishes, so be prepared to guzzle extra water—or an English beer. If your server says an item is spicy, trust them.
