Fodor's Review:

Brooklyn native Chris Bianco makes pizza with a passion in this small establishment on Heritage Square. His wood-fired creations incorporate the finest and freshest ingredients (including homemade mozzarella cheese) in a brick oven imported from Italy. Bar Bianco next door is a good place to relax with a beverage while you wait for your table. Arrive a few minutes before they open at 5 PM to avoid the long wait, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.

World's best

Respected food columns as in Esquire magazine have ranked Pizzeria Bianco as the best in the entire world!! There is a reason. The long wait is a hassle but it is worth it. It is a very small place. The food is not pizza chain overload, but the best and freshest ingredients baked created to perfection and baked a few feet from your table by the master himself. Savor every bite, it is truely aweome.
