Fodor's Review:

Indian Fry bread, a specialty of the Native American culture, is a delicious treat—pillows of deep-fried dough topped with sweet or savory toppings and folded in half. Local fry bread fanatics get their fix from chef-owner Cecelia Miller of the Tohono O'odham Nation. Choose from culture-crossing combinations like savory shredded chili beef with cheese, beans, green chiles, veggies, and sour cream, or try the sweeter synthesis of honey and sugar, or chocolate with butter.
