Chef-owner Chris Bianco spends his evenings turning out some of the Valley's best pizza at his downtown Pizzeria Bianco, and his days creating to-die-for focaccia sandwiches at this minimalist take-out sandwich shop. Order at the counter, pick up your brown-bagged meal (which always includes a piece of candy), and dine outside at a picnic table. The menu only has a handful of sandwich selections, but each features wood-fire focaccia stuffed with farm-fresh ingredients.
