Original artwork by Arizona artists is displayed throughout the Westin Kierland and the spacious rooms all have balconies or patios with views of the mountains or the resort's waterpark and tubing river, where kids can enjoy programs like "Club Teen." Staff, while polite, could not get the package details correct and kept wanting to bill us extra for what was included. Raging party next door for three hours and no help from the staff despite two pleas for relief. Never could get a manager to talk to me.
The spa massages were excellent however, so if you go to Scottsdale stay somewhere else and patronize the spa independently.
