Fodor's Review:

Amid dramatic fountains, sunken gardens, and towering palm trees stands this two-tier, open-air structure: downtown's most attractive shopping venue. The center has about 50 shops and restaurants, open-air vendors, a large sports bar, and a multiplex cinema.
