A venerable chophouse, D&C specializes in "American comforts" with prime-grade steak and sports memorabilia—the walls are covered with pictures, autographs, and uniforms. The spacious and Cheers-like interior; friendly staff; and New York sirloin, prime rib, and double-thick lamb chops are a hit. Sides include au gratin potatoes and creamed spinach.
