This is serious Chinese food, the kind you'd expect to find in Chinatown in New York City or San Francisco. The large restaurant is generally loud and chaotic, but there's a good reason why tons of Valley residents will endure long drives and wait times to be part of it. C-Fu's specialty is fish, and you can watch several species swimming around the big holding tanks. Shrimp are fished out of the tank, steamed, and bathed in a potent garlic sauce. Clams in black-bean sauce and tilapia in a ginger-scallion sauce also hit all the right buttons. If you don't find what you're looking for on the menu, tell them what you want and they'll make it. There's a daily dim sum brunch, too.
