Baby Kay's Cajun Kitchen
Baby Kay's Cajun Kitchen Review
Named for the Louisiana native who brought her know-how and love for creole creations to the Valley, Baby Kay's is one of the few Phoenix places specializing in Cajun cuisine. You'll find authentic takes on red beans and rice, gumbo, jambalaya, po'boys, catfish, and the house specialty: spicy crawfish stew étouffée. Worthwhile extras include the green-olive coleslaw. For the cholesterol conscious, grilled items and spring salads with creole vinaigrette will do in a pinch.
