Pane Bianco Review

Chef-owner Chris Bianco spends his evenings turning out some of the Valley's best pizza at his downtown Pizzeria Bianco, and his days creating to-die-for take-out sandwiches at this minimalist shop. Order at the counter, pick up your brown-bagged meal (which always includes a piece of candy), and dine outside at a picnic table. The menu only has a few sandwich selections (the tuna with red onion, gaeta olives, and arugula is an excellent choice), but each features wood-fired-oven focaccia stuffed with farm-fresh ingredients.
