Duc and Noelle Liao are a model couple, literally. The two met in Paris, where Duc worked as a fashion photographer and Noelle as a model. Now, the two are the hottest pair in pastry making. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Duc Liao conjures up sublime creations, both salty and sweet, from jumbo shrimp in Japanese sauce to duck confit with pommes frites. If you want to experience something french but cannot go to Paris go to Scratch Pastries. I don't have enough words to describe food. An pictures taken by the owner are soooooo beautiful. And from now yo can have dinner there with Parisian quality and ridiculously low prices Don't want dinner? Come for breakfast with real french croissant. As to Pastries......Come and try yourself. The only one problem - there are so many different pastries there
that you will have a lot of problem to choose
