Getting Here & Around

Getting Here & Around

It's possible to fly into Page's small airport from Phoenix and rent a car, but most travelers arrive by car, either from Phoenix (220 mi to Tuba City, 330 mi to Window Rock) or some destination on the way, such as Sedona (100 mi to Tuba City) or the South Rim of the Grand Canyon (80 mi to Tuba City). Many visitors see northeastern Arizona as part of a road-tripping adventure through the Four Corner Region, perhaps combining a visit here with trips to the national parks of southern Utah and southwestern Colorado. This "en route" road-tripping strategy makes the most sense for most travelers, especially given the region's stunningly scenic drives.

It's virtually impossible to see much of northeastern Arizona without a car—this is your best bet not only for getting here, but also for visiting attractions and communities throughout the region.
